Recycling Low Energy light bulbs (CFLs)

The Greening Group would like to help everybody recycle CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) which need to be handled appropriately. We can acquire a special container, known as a Bulbstore Mini, which is suitable for use in any indoor community location and we would then empty it as it gets full.
But we can't find a suitable location for this container. Do you have any ideas?
